[/color][font=宋体][size=12pt]目前，信息化时代正在朝我们走来。计算机与信息技术已经越来越受到政府、学校、科研机构、企业等各行各业的关注，对于计算机一流人才的培养与竞争也越来越受到高度重视。而目前的现实情况是刚毕业的大学生距离计算机与信息技术岗位对职业技能的要求尚有一定的距离，IT职业技术的培训与论证普遍开展。为此，全国许多高校都相继举办了一些旨在考察学生计算机应用能力的比赛，以推进大学生学习、掌握计算机新技术的工作。我校目前正积极准备接受教育部对我校的教学水平评估，大学生的计算机应用能力是体现我校教学水平的一个重要标志之一，学校一直非常关注。同时，新一轮的大学生就业竞争即将拉开序幕，计算机应用水平的高低可能直接决定你是否能找到称心如意的工作。为了给我校学生提供一个展示自己计算机应用水平的舞台，特举办襄樊学院第五届计算机应用程序和网页设计大赛。[/size][/font]

[font=宋体][size=12pt]开发一个具有实际应用价值的应用软件，应用程序的题材和开发工具不限，如管理软件、[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]CAI[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]课件、游戏软件、单位信息管理系统、图象处理软件等。凡基于网络环境的应用软件将获得加分。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]

[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]．参赛者须以真实身份参赛。所提交的参赛作品必须具有现实应用背景和一定的实用价值，能在演示环境下调试通过。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]．参赛作品必须为参赛队原创，凡在作品中引用他人作品或代码的请在设计文档中注明，若参赛作品得到过支助或他人委托开发请在作品介绍中说明。参赛者在竞赛过程中产生的知识产权属参赛者所有，参赛者在参加本竞赛时主动申明放弃作品知识产权的除外，受支助或他人委托开发的作品，其知识产权按有关协议或规定处置。任何人欲采用或部分采用这些参赛作品的上述知识产权，应直接与原创作者磋商或取得原创作者的同意。任何有关参赛作品知识产权的争议均与本次大奖赛的组织者、评审者无关。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
